• Your booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before your arrival. After that, the total amount of the booking will be due.
• To confirm your booking it is necessary to make a payment. This payment must be received by us at least 72 hours before your arrival.
• You can either pay directly the total amount of the booking, or pay only a deposit (min. 25% ).
• Two different payment methods are possible:
- You pay directly with debit or credit card.
- You pay the whole amount or only a deposit.
- You will receive a booking confirmation to the email address you have provided.
... on the next working day after receipt of your booking.
- You pay at a later date by bank transfer.
- You transfer the entire amount or only a deposit.
- You will receive a booking confirmation to the email address you have provided.
... as soon as your transfer has been received in our bank account.
• In the event of a cancellation in due time, we will refund any payments already made to you, stating your bank details.
• In case of cancellation, please inform us immediately, and do not wait until last. This will enable us to find a replacement for the cancelled booking sooner.
• Please note that bookings will be cancelled if we do not receive payment within 72 hours of booking.
• Please also confirm our General Terms and Conditions, which, among other things, set out our cancellation policy.
• We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with cover for any hotel stay cancellation costs that may be incurred.
