Apartamentos Miranda SLU

General Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 Apartamentos Miranda SLU (CIF: B76662212) is a family business based in Breña Alta, La Palma, Canary Islands. The owner is the family of Jens Müller. The Managing Director is Mr Jens Müller (NIF: X1579031N).

1.2 The business purpose is the operation and rental of the studios of the same name in Breña Alta, as well as other holiday accommodations on La Palma.

2. Bookings

2.1 The studios and holiday accommodation can be booked directly online via the booking system of the website https://www.apartmentsmiranda.com.

2.2 After successful online booking, the studio or holiday accommodation is pre-booked for the guest. The guest will receive a summary of their booking to the email address provided in the booking process.

2.3 For a binding reservation of the studio or holiday accommodation, the full amount of the booking, or a deposit of at least 25% of the booking price (incl. 7% IGIC) must be paid. Payment can be made directly during the booking process by credit card or later by bank transfer. The payment must be received in the account of Apartamentos Miranda SLU at least 72 hours before the guest's scheduled arrival.

2.4 If the deposit is received in the account of Apartamentos Miranda at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival, a booking confirmation will be sent to the guest at the email address provided during the booking process.

2.5 The booking confirmation makes the booking binding on Apartamentos Miranda SLU.

2.6 If no payment has been received on the account of Apartamentos Miranda SLU up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival, the booking will be cancelled and a corresponding message will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process.

2.7 The conclusion of the booking commits the contracting parties to the performance of the contract, regardless of the duration of the contract.

2.8 If a deposit of at least 25% has been paid, full payment for the studio or holiday accommodation will be made in cash or by credit card on occupation.

2.9 After confirmation of the booking, Apartamentos Miranda SLU is obliged to compensate the guest in the form of comparable accommodation if the studio or holiday accommodation is not provided.

2.10 The guest is obliged to pay a deposit of at least 25% of the total amount.

2.10 In the event of non-utilisation of the contractual services, the guest shall be obliged to pay cancellation compensation to Apartamentos Miranda in the amount of the cancellation fees.

2.11 Cancellation fees
- Up to 72 hours before arrival, you can change your booking to a new date free of charge. Inform us of the new dates of your stay (condition: availability in the desired object) and you will receive an updated booking confirmation from us free of charge with credit of the entire amount paid.
- Up to 72 hours before your arrival, a cancellation with a refund of your deposit is also possible. Please provide us with the IBAN code of a bank account, stating the account holder, and we will transfer the paid amount to you, deducting a processing fee of € 5.00 per reservation.
- After that, cancellation fees in the amount of the total price will be due.
- Note: In case of cancellation, please inform us immediately, and do not wait until last. This will enable us to find a replacement for the cancelled booking sooner.

2.12 It is advisable to take out cancellation insurance whenever you book a holiday.

2.13 The booked studio or holiday accommodation should be occupied immediately upon arrival in La Palma.

3. House rules

3.1 The studio or holiday accommodation is rented with complete and proper inventory. The tenant undertakes to treat the object together with the inventory and the existing common facilities with care. Any damage or loss occurring in the studios or holiday accommodation during the rental period shall be compensated by the tenant without proof of fault.

3.2 The guest is advised to handle the keys for the studios and holiday accommodation with care. In the event of loss, the guest must pay the costs incurred (studio € 80, holiday accommodation € 30).

3.3 The studios and holiday properties may only be occupied by the number of adults and children stated at the time of booking.

3.4 Pets may only be brought on payment of a fee and on special request.

3.5 Smoking is not permitted in the studios and holiday properties.

3.6 It is not permitted to hold parties or events in the studios or holiday properties. In case of violations we call the police.

3.7 Quiet time: Guests must keep quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.
