• Your booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before your arrival.
• After that, the total amount of the booking will be due.
• To confirm your booking it is necessary to make a payment.
• If we do not receive your payment latest 72 hours after your booking, it will be cancelled.
Two different payment methods are possible:
– You pay directly with credit or debit card.
– You pay the whole amount or only a deposit (min. 25%).
– You will directly receive a booking confirmation to the email address you have provided.
– You pay the next day by bank transfer
– You transfer the entire amount or only a deposit (min. 25%).
– You will receive a booking confirmation to the provided email address when your payment is on our bank account.
• If you cancel your booking, please inform us immediately, and do not wait until last.
• This will enable us to find a replacement for the cancelled booking sooner.
• Is your cancellation in due time, we refund any payments already made to you, stating your bank details.
• Please also confirm our General Terms and Conditions, which, among other things, set out our cancellation policy.
• We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with cover for any hotel stay cancellation costs that may be incurred.
