1. General Information

1.1 Apartamentos Miranda is a family business with seat in Breña Alta, La Palma,
Canary Islands. Business purpose is the operation and the letting of the apartments of the same name. Owner is Mr. Horst Mueller.

2. Clauses of a Contract

2.1 A reservation inquiry for the Appartments is possible by telephone, in writing, by fax, via eMail and by form for inquiry.
2.2 After receipt of the reservation inquiry and liquidity check, the guest receives the supply of Apartamentos Miranda (written, by fax or via eMail).
2.3 The supply must be assumed by the guest in writing, by fax or via eMail. The acceptance of the supply makes the reservation obligatory on the guest.
2.4 The reservation acknowledgement of Apartamentos Miranda follows of the acceptance of the supply by the guest (written, by fax or via eMail).
2.5 The pre-payment of the guest at a value of 25% of the total amount follows of the reservation acknowledgement to the bank account indicated in the reservation acknowledgement. After receipt of the pre-payment (transfer voucher by fax) the reservation is obligatory on Apartamentos Miranda.
2.6 The complete payment of the apartments takes place with reference of the apartment with cash or check. Credit cards are not accepted.
2.7 The contracting parties commit to the termination of the reservation to the fulfilment of the contract, indifferently, on which duration the contract is final.
2.8 Apartamentos Miranda is commites to carry out, by not providing of the apartment for the guest, payment of damages in form of a comparable accommodation.
2.9 The guest is committed to pay by not using the apartment of the contractual performances failure remuneration at height of the cancellation fees at Apartamentos Miranda.
2.10 Cancellation fees
- 45 days until 30 days before beginning of renting: 25 % of the rent
- 29 days until 15 days before beginning of renting: 50 % of the rent
- starting from 14 days before beginning of renting: 80% of the rent
2.11 With each reservation of a vacation trip the termination of a travel resignation insurance is recommended.
2.12 Posted apartments should be referred immediately after arrival to La Palma. 

3. House Regulation

3.1 the letting of the apartment takes place with complete and correct inventory. The tenant commits itself to treat the apartment together with inventory and the available communal facility well. During the renting time at the apartment developing damage has to be replaced by the tenant without indebtedness proof.
3.2 The guest is referred to deal with that room keys very carefully and knows that it itself with loss, to which thereby must take part developing costs.
3.3 The apartments may be occupied only with the number of persons indicated for the reservation by adults and children. 
3.4 Domestic animals for bring along is only possible on request.
